To achieve the assumed objectives, the Management Board and employees of the company are aware of the need for continuous improvement of all processes aimed at achieving the satisfaction of our customers by satisfying their requirements. Maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015.

The Management of Ratna Stal sp. z o.o. takes full responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Policy and ensures that it is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organisation.
